What’s the idea behind your company?

LMG is a company that provides customized advisory and consulting services. Each client is unique and faces different challenges, which is why we offer tailored solutions based on a carefully curated and strategic approach.

How did you begin your career journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?

I started my career in the corporate legal profession, but over the years, I have diversified into other sectors. My advice to anyone starting a career is to not be afraid to tackle new challenges and continuously learn. Growth and learning can result in new skill sets enabling you to offer more value to your business or employer.

What’s the goal of your company?

Our goal is to make our client’s work easier and provide them with comprehensive advisory services that give them peace of mind and confidence in our work.

How important are employees’ energy levels to the success of your company?

Employees or consultants should feel valued and, therefore, will allow them to be more engaged in the process and success of the business. Finding employees or team members who have good energy and can work cohesively together is important.

How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?

Bonuses are a great way to motivate your employees. If targets are reached, then the benefit is for all.

What keeps your company moving forward even during challenges?

Faith! We know that every company has its seasons. There are times when everything flourishes, and then unexpected challenges happen. We rely on our faith and knowledge that we provide a good service to ensure new and returning customers.

How do you think technology is leading to changes in businesses? Do you feel it’s helping your company grow?

Technology is very important, and you must adapt to the times or employ someone to help you navigate today’s technology. We use technology daily to help us engage our global clients who cannot come to Dubai. We hope to utilize more innovative systems to make our interactions seamless and enhance our clients’ experience.

How is your company adapting to digitalization?

To be honest, I am not good at digitization, but we have a consultant who works with us to digitize our operations. I have embraced this process and hope to learn more to make me less dependent on others for the technical aspects of what I do.

Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?

Yes! I am constantly learning, which is the core of my development as a business advisor and personally. Learning allows me to learn about new systems and strategies and, in turn, create something new. It is important to note that the foundations for innovation have been planted globally. For example, YouTube, Google, Twitter, etc., enable us to know what is happening and apply this to our own businesses.

What are the services/solutions or products offered by your company as par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services.

We help new companies entering the UAE/GCC market to understand the complexities, and we hold their hand through the process beyond just forming a company. The real work comes after you have the license, which is when we step in. All strategies are tailor-made based on client needs in real-time and from a global perspective. We are working on an app where clients can learn to get real-time updates on projects and seek solutions from our team without having to send an email or phone call.

Would you like to say anything else to our viewers?

Nothing is easy, there will always be ups and downs, but it is most important to learn from everything. Take the mistakes and create solutions. Take the wins and level up to something greater.
