ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates – Terra has officially announced its first expansion, with the launch of a new venue this past May. Bring its signature Mediterranean flavors and rustic vibe to maritime-inspired destination Al Qana, Abu Dhabi, complete with stunning views of the canals.
Its upcoming location promises reimagined experiences for guests, taking Terra’s classic dishes and mocktails, including Watermelon Feta Salad, Spicy Shrimp, Sticky Date Pudding and Ananas Passion Punch, to even higher destinations. Terra prides itself on using only the finest produce from around the world to prepare each dish.
Composed of three volumes, the intricate show kitchen seamlessly blends Terra’s architectural character with its open and unassuming cuisine and culinary process. Its diverse furnishing arrangements, including laid-back lounge seating and elevated dining tables, invite guests to enjoy the space throughout the day, and its warm ambiance creates an environment for meaningful conversation and connection.
Terra, which means Earth, is the brainchild of Rashed Al Tayer of Outset. Since its inception in 2021, the venue has quickly gained popularity in the UAE. “Terra aims to provide upscale cuisine in a warm and welcoming environment where our guests feel at home,” says Rashed. “We’ve always had plans to expand, but the decision to start with Abu Dhabi came as we made a special trip to Dubai to visit our large numbers of people. I hope to be able to repay us by bringing the support we’ve shown Terra closer to home, Abu Dhabi Than the people can enjoy and create their own homes”
Entering the serene space of Al Qana, known for its views of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, a symphony of rich gradients, glazed finishes and abundant natural light welcomes guests. The new venue will open at the end of May, welcoming guests daily from 12 noon to 12 am.
