Dubai-based flydubai is in full swing hiring for a number of roles across the UAE, with aviation workforce likely to be needed more than ever as demand for air travel picks up.

Flydubai has announced plans to hire more than 1,000 staff this year as part of its expansion plans.

The airline currently serves more than 110 destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. It aims to strengthen the workforce in various sectors.

The low-cost service has hired 320 people since it began in 2023 and expects to fill more than 800 additional positions by the end of the year. These roles will include pilots, aircrew, engineers and office workers.
