The First Information Report (FIR) states that the incident took place while the girl, a Year 7 student, was giving tea to workers in the neighboring house. Upon returning home, she was visibly distraught and in tears.

Although the girl has accused Vaas Mara and his friends of the offense, no arrests have been made despite the police filing a case. The survivor has expressed her frustration with the police’s lack of action and has also reported receiving threats from the defendant.
