As part of its efforts to preserve the cultural and aesthetic appearance of the emirate of Dubai, the municipality also disposed of waste from fireworks and New Year’s performances, in addition to general clean-up.

The teams also oversee celebrations at 43 locations across the UAE through a team of 84 employees and supervisors, as well as 32 observers at Burj Khalifa, to ensure they comply with health and safety requirements and food safety standards at the Khalifa celebration site.

Dubai Municipality’s Dubai Frame Celebration site attracted nearly 20,000 visitors as they celebrated the start of the new year with a display of distinctive paintings. —— trade arab news agency
