VJ Vineeth will star in an upcoming film in the UAE.
Films in various Indian local languages are being shot in Dubai as it is considered the ideal location. In addition to filming, the premiere was also held in the city. The most recent is the Tulu movie, Raj Sounds and Lightsrecently inaugurated the Ballroom of the Marco Polo Hotel in Deira.
The film was produced by Anand N Kumpala and co-produced by B Ashok Kumar, Seetharam Shetty, Ajay Baliga, Suhan Prasad, Pawan Kumar, Nithin Raj Shetty and Arpith Adyar. The story was written by the actor himself, VJ Vineeth, while the script was co-written by directors Rahul Amin and VJ Vineeth.
The film actor said he was getting huge acclaim even before the release due to his inauguration in Dubai. “When we started our promotions in Dubai, the response we received has been fantastic. It is a successful city and we will be looking forward to the same results,” Vineeth said.
Raj Sounds & Lights directed by Rahul Amin will be presented by the makers of the Kannada language film Ondu Motteya Kathye and Vaibhav Flix with Mango Pickle Entertainment. This will be distributed overseas by Sandhya Creation Overseas Movies.
Guests present at the event were Sarvotham Shetty, President of the Karnataka State Sangha in Bounts, UAE; Praveen Shetty, Chairman of the Karnataka State NRI Forum, Dubai; Frank Fernandez; actor Roshan Shetty, among others.
This is the first time a Tulu film has had a huge hit in many countries including the UAE and will be screened in 11 countries; US, UK, UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia , Oman, Qatar, Nigeria, Zambia, Israel and India 6 major cities; Mumbai, Pune, Baroda, Mysore, Mangalore and Bangalore.
