According to the 2023 report published by numbeo.com, Ajman ranked fourth in the list of the 10 safest cities in the world, with Abu Dhabi in first place.

Sharjah and Dubai ranked fifth and seventh respectively. These ratings affirm the country’s global status as an ideal destination for security, stability and prosperity.

Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, said the security ranking achieved by Ajman was the result of the concern of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Federal Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, as well as Crown Prince and Executive Council Chairman Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi’s support to strengthen security in the emirate, which is reflected in the national economy by attracting investment.

He added that the Ajman Police has implemented several safety projects and initiatives to reduce crime, enhance road traffic safety, speed up response to emergencies and provide high-quality services.
