UAE and Azerbaijan establish visa-free travel arrangement, citizens can now enjoy visa-free residence

According to sources, Azerbaijan has reached an official visa-free agreement with the UAE. According to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as of now, the decision will provide 90 days of visa-free residency for nationals of both countries.

On May 19, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev approved changes to the law on the implementation of visa-free travel between the two countries. Nationals in both countries are likely to be ecstatic at the news. The agreement will indirectly promote the development of the tourism industry of the two countries.

Strengthening ties between Azerbaijan and UAE tourism organizations is crucial, as the UAE Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohammad Blush said during a meeting with the head of the Management Board of the Azerbaijan Association of Travel Agents.

Currently, Azerbaijan Airlines has many flights every day, flying soundand Air Arabia flies to Dubai and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.
