As part of the milestone celebrations, a UAE-based company has announced a “Silver Jubilee Gift” of up to AED 13.3 million to its employees and their families.

Sharjah-based Aries Group of Companies arranged a trip for the parents of 25 employees from their hometown in India to Dubai to show their gratitude. Together with their children, they celebrated the company’s 25th anniversary.

In order to express our heartfelt thanks to the employees who have served the company for more than three years for their unremitting dedication and hard work, their parents are specially invited to participate in this event. The invitation also includes a unique opportunity to embark on a fascinating tour of Dubai.

For more than a decade, the company has maintained a unique policy of providing “parental allowances” to employees’ parents. Recognizes the integral role of family support in employee achievement; this is a gesture of sincere gratitude to parents who work tirelessly for their children’s education and careers.

Through this gesture, the company celebrates the invaluable contributions of parents, acknowledging their unwavering support in shaping the lives and achievements of their children.

The group said it was an act of gratitude and a genuine recognition of the important role parents play in their children’s careers.

Sohan Roy, Founder Chairman of Aries Group, said: “Looking back over the past 25 years, we appreciate the commitment and efficiency of our employees and their families who stood by them. It’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ for all they have done for our organization .”

The chairman, who holds an honorary doctorate and the title ‘Mr’, said: “We believe that the success of a business is closely linked to the well-being of its employees. Initiatives such as inviting parents to events and providing financial incentives for the whole family are a testament to this commitment. We believe these initiatives will strengthen the bond between our employees and their families and foster a sense of pride in being part of the Aries Group family.”

Since its establishment in 1998, the company has strictly adhered to the policy of sharing 50% of profits with its employees.

Social Responsibility Program

Over the past 25 years, the Group has implemented several social responsibility initiatives. These initiatives include a range of programs designed to benefit various stakeholders. Notable schemes include pensions for employees’ parents, wages for unemployed spouses of group employees, homes for senior employees, educational stipends and scholarships for employees’ children, and organizational skills and well-being development programmes.

In addition to these employee-focused initiatives, the company is actively involved in several corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. These efforts extend to supporting individuals affected by natural disasters by promoting recovery and helping them restore their livelihoods.

The group also prides itself on running schools in impoverished areas where educational opportunities are limited. Additionally, they offer scholarships to students from financially disadvantaged families, enabling them to pursue their educational ambitions.

As such, its commitment to social responsibility is evident through its multifaceted approach, addressing both internal employee well-being and external social needs. Through these initiatives, they strive to positively impact the lives of their employees, their families and the communities in which they operate.
