London to host Global Wealth Conference

The Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute (SWFI), the world’s most trusted institutional investor and source of global capital, announces that its Global Wealth Conference (GWC) will be held in London on 31 May and 1 June.

The GWC platform has attracted some of these sources of funding, coming from countries such as the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Global sovereign wealth funds see the UK as a destination for direct investment.

Sovereign wealth funds have invested $14.66 billion directly in the UK in 2022, compared to just $8.205 billion in 2021. Sovereign wealth funds such as Mubadala Investment Corporation, Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, Singapore’s GIC Pte Ltd, and Canadian pension plans such as CDPQ, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, CPP Investments and others continue to trade data based on SWFI Distribute funds directly to the UK.

40 sovereign wealth funds, more than 50 family offices from around the world, more than 30 pension and public funds, more than 50 institutional global asset managers and more than 30 high-profile personalities from royal families to policymakers will attend. Ajlan & Bros from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, one of the largest private business groups in the Middle East; Dr. Tarek Hajjiri, CEO of DIFC Center for Family Wealth will be present.
