UAE: Hot and humid weather in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Rain is likely in Sharjah and Fujairah.

Dubai: Residents of the UAE expect sunny to partly cloudy weather across the UAE today. Parts of Sharjah and Fujairah are likely to experience rain in the afternoon.

The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) expects to be mostly sunny to partly cloudy. Low clouds will appear over the east coast in the morning, and convective clouds with rain are likely to form over the east and parts of the south in the afternoon.

Maximum temperatures in the interior of the country are expected to be between 42 and 47°C. Temperatures will reach 37 to 42°C in coastal areas and islands, and 30 to 35°C in mountains.

At 3.15 am today, the lowest temperature recorded at Mount Jais in Ras Al Khaimah was 23.7°C.

Mezaira in the Al Dhafra district recorded a maximum temperature of 46.1°C at 3pm yesterday.

Humidity will be as high as 65-85% along the coast, while 55-75% is expected inland.

We expect light to moderate northwest to southeast winds during the day, bringing dust at times, especially cloud speeds of 10 – 25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h.

Seas in the Arabian Gulf can be relatively calm to mild at times, while those in the Sea of ​​Oman are relatively calm.
