UAE International Investment Council Appoints Leadership To Boost Global Investment

UAE International Investment Council Completes Leadership Team To Expand Global Investment

The UAE International Investment Council has completed the appointment of its senior leadership team, marking another step in the country’s efforts to attract international investment and strengthen economic partnerships.

The council held its second board meeting on 28 July under the chairmanship of Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of Foreign Trade. During the meeting, members approved key leadership positions and discussed plans that will guide the council’s future work.

The council aims to connect UAE investors with opportunities created through the country’s Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements (CEPAs). Officials said the new leadership structure will help speed up investment projects and improve cooperation with international partners.

The UAE has continued to expand its global investment network over the past few years by signing trade agreements with several countries and encouraging businesses to explore new markets.

Officials believe the strengthened council will support long-term economic diversification while creating more opportunities for both local and international investors. It also reflects the UAE’s wider goal of remaining one of the region’s leading destinations for business and investment.
