The ceremony was held under the patronage of Senate President Faisal Fayyad and was attended by Jordanian and Emirati investors in the UAE, Jordanian Petra News Agency reported on Saturday.
The ambassador praised the deep relations between Jordan and the UAE in various fields, stressing that both countries are committed to further developing and strengthening these relations to serve their mutual interests and bilateral relations.
During the event, Fayez honored prominent Emirati and Jordanian businessmen, investors, officials and diplomats in the UAE who have played a key role in advancing cooperation between the two countries.
Fayyad expressed his appreciation for the improvement of relations between Jordan and the UAE, and thanked the UAE for its unwavering support and care for Jordanians living in its territory.
