UAE TDRA launches AI-powered version of u.ae

The Emirates Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) has launched an AI-powered build of u.ae, the UAE government’s unified digital platform. This is considered as an interface to the government’s digital presence and access to services provided by UAE federal and local government entities.

The move comes against the backdrop of an ambitious plan to include a package of artificial intelligence services launched by TDRA Board Chairman Talal Belhoul Al Falasi, which is being implemented successively to keep pace with technological developments and empower customers experience.

The AI-powered generated version of the UAE Government’s Unified Digital Platform (u.ae) provides an interactive environment that allows users to access information and government services in a fun and interactive way around the clock. Using the UAE Pass will ensure that instead of repeating the registration process with multiple entities and remembering many passwords to switch between government websites, users can browse smoothly and easily from one website to another.

Against this backdrop, TDRA’s professional team re-presents content in a way that facilitates the customer journey, reducing time to information and services, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.

The upgraded version of UAE uses generative AI algorithms to realize real-time interaction between users and the platform, and at the same time, uses UAE Pass to log in to the platform to ensure privacy. When users log in and search for information and services, through the use of AI algorithms and UAE Pass, they can obtain their own needs in a personalized and accurate manner, so as to quickly obtain their needs without going through a long navigation process between several options.
