New Delhi [India]March 16 (ANI): Afghan foreign policy establishment reportedly asked officials to participate in an online program under India’s Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) initiative, the Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that there was no change in its policy of not recognizing the Taliban regime’s stance in Kabul .
Speaking at the MEA’s weekly media briefing, foreign ministry spokesman Arindam Bagchi said: “Our view on developments in Afghanistan has not changed. I don’t think anything related to this should be read into the ITEC curriculum. We certainly will not. Issuing Intergovernmental Note Verbales to Unrecognized Entities.”
