washington [US]Nov 29 (ANI): Two Indian nationals who were furthering their studies in the US state of Missouri died over the weekend as one tried to save the other from drowning.
The incident happened over the holiday weekend in Lake Ozark, Missouri, the Kansas City Star reported, citing authorities.

The two dead were identified Sunday as Uthej Kunta, 24, and Shiva Kelligari, 25, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
The Highway Patrol said one of the men was swimming in the lake when he went underwater and never resurfaced. Another man then dived into the water to try to help the struggling man, according to local media reports.
According to reports, both students are from Telangana and are studying for a master’s degree at one of the state universities.
Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao tweeted: “I have asked my team @KTRoffice to assist the family in recovering the remains as soon as possible.”
In another incident in neighboring Canada, a 20-year-old student of Indian origin died after being hit by a truck driver in downtown Toronto last week.
