Dubai Comedy Festival Adds Nine New Shows for October 2026
Dubai Comedy Festival 2026 is expanding its October programme with nine new shows, bringing more international, regional and local comedians to Dubai.
The seventh edition of the festival will run from October 9 to 18, 2026, with more than 50 shows planned across multiple languages and venues.
The festival features comedy in languages including English, Hindi, Arabic and Russian, reflecting Dubai’s multicultural audience.

Some of the announced shows include:
- Mohandis Al Thauq Al Aam — October 9 and 10 at Dubai Opera Auditorium. The show is in Arabic, with tickets starting from Dh250.
- Jamie Lever — October 10 at Emirates Theatre, Jumeirah. The Hindi-language show starts from Dh145 and is open to audiences aged 10 and above.
- Munawar Faruqui — October 11 at Dubai Opera Auditorium. His Hindi stand-up show starts from Dh125 and is for audiences aged 16 and above.
- Mo Gilligan — October 12 at Dubai Opera. His The Mo You Know World Tour 2026 starts from Dh250.
- Katherine Ryan — October 12 at Dubai Opera, with tickets starting from Dh195.
- Alexander Merkul — October 15 at New Covent Garden Theatre. The Russian-language stand-up and improvisation show starts from Dh150.
- Abbas Bukhari — October 16 at New Covent Garden Theatre, with tickets starting from Dh125.
- Zarna Garg — October 16 at Dubai Opera. Her new show Million Dollar Excuses starts from Dh195.
- John Achkar — October 17 at Dubai Opera. The Arabic-language show starts from Dh185.
- Rafi Bastos — October 17 at New Covent Garden Theatre, with tickets starting from Dh175.
- Amit Tandon — October 18 at Dubai Opera. His Hindi show starts from Dh150.
- Vir Das — October 18 at Coca-Cola Arena. His festival performance is scheduled for the final day of the event.
The programme also includes performers such as Shane Todd, Neema Naz and other comedians, giving audiences a mix of stand-up, storytelling, improvisation and multilingual comedy.
