Kirti Rathore, the celebrity fashion designer and a Youth Icon, was awarded the very prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award, the best designer in Dubai, by His Majesty Sheikh BU Abdullah at a grand evening at marina city.
Kirti Rathore is not just synonymous with a name for fashion but a social worker too, she is the only men’s wear designer who designs exclusively for men’s clothing. Kirti who hails from a Royal family in Rajasthan started her career with her brand Label “KIRTI RATHORE “ with just one second-hand sewing machine from a garage of her house. With no formal qualification in fashion, she has come a long way with her dedication and passion. Her brand became a very popular brand among celebrities of Bollywood for her design aesthetics.
The award show had Chief guest PM Narendra Modi Ji’s brother Shri Prahlad Modi Ji .the award ceremony was graced by the Whos who of Dubai including the names like Rizwan Sajan As a guest of honour of Danube properties.
Apart from this presentation at this grand event where a lot of dignitaries and Bollywood celebrities were awarded the Dada Saheb Phalke award, present names were none other than Darshan Kumar from Kashmir files, Siddhu Moosawala was honoured as a living legend award, Ankita Lokhande, Kiku Sarda, Arjun Bijlani, Ali Quli, Afsana khan, Nivedita Basu, Yuvika Chowdhary, Gauhar khan, Mr Yogesh Lakhani, Pankaj Beri, Mudasar khan, Rakhi Sawant, Arjan Bajwa, and many other prestigious people from different fields of work.
The very prestigious awards Dada Saheb Phalke were happening for the first time in Dubai, where the event started with a fashion show in different states of India representing their traditional costumes. The event was conceptualised by Social worker Kalyan Jana from Roti bank & fashion TV Mr.Raj Suri.
