Emirates is hiring the most talented people around the world to join their company due to rising travel demand

[ad_1]

Emirates is currently on a mission to source the most accomplished talent from India, the wider South Asia region as well as the UK to join their team as travel demand continues to grow.

The travel industry has been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic as travel companies have had to suspend hiring plans, even as the industry is already struggling with employment. However, as the world slowly begins to adjust to the new normal, travel demand is rapidly increasing and airlines are in desperate need of new staff.

The airline industry may be facing one of the worst hits from the pandemic, especially the global lockdown that has led to massive layoffs.Airlines are already suffering “Pilot shortage” So the advent of Covid-19 has only made things worse. With complete unemployment, workers such as pilots have no choice but to choose other careers, while those who remain in the industry face huge pay cuts. This has become a huge problem in countries like India as aviation workers still face pay cut in 2022, and not being compensated.

new beginning

Emirates-based Emirates offers employees incentives and ensures their salaries are restored, something that pilots and other aviation workers in countries such as India have not overlooked, enticing them to leave their home countries to apply for these jobs. Mark Martin, CEO of Martin Consulting, shares his thoughts on this.

“It’s as simple as that – if you don’t treat your employees well, they’ll find jobs and move on. There’s no question that the Bay Area as a market is very lucrative and viable for both new and seasoned employees Yes.” – Mark Martin, CEO of Martin Consulting
