He said the goals of Abu Dhabi’s Effortless Customer Experience 2022 program are in line with the main objectives of the council and its projects and initiatives to entrust personal services to strategic partners. This helps to make a quantum leap in the delivery of compliance services, improve quality, reduce costs and time, and strengthen partnerships with the private sector.
Sultan Al Muhairi, Director of Business Development and Customer Satisfaction at the Council, said Abu Dhabi has 16 designated test centers for evaluating individual services in verticals such as electricity, building and construction, school transport, public transport, etc. Certificates of competency are available for health, waste management, etc. He said the centers were empowered to submit a request to the council to issue a certificate in four simple steps.
Al-Muhairi explained that the service procedure begins with the client selecting a designated testing center, which will verify the client’s compliance with the requirements of the compliance program, conduct the required testing, and charge the necessary fees to submit a service request to issue a certificate for the individual service.
