Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, daughter of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai announced the birth of her baby daughter on Sunday.
The royal announced the birth of her baby on social media, captioning the image with the simple “We are blessed to have a baby girl today Hind bint Faisal” and adding a heart emoji. The chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) and a member of the Dubai Council, has yet to share photos of her newborn baby.
Social media users flooded the comment section with messages of congratulations, with one user saying: “Welcome to the world, little princess.” “Congratulations, God bless you,” commented another.
Sheikha Latifa married Sheikh Faisal bin Saud bin Khalid Al Qasimi in 2016. The couple’s first child, a son, was born in July 2018. Their second child was a daughter, Born in October 2020.

Several members of the royal family including Sheikh Hamdan’s sibling Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, deputy ruler of Dubai, deputy prime minister and finance minister of the UAE Congratulatory messages poured in for the couple; Sheikha Mannar; and Sheikha Sheikha, his loyal companion Uncle Saeed and Sheikha Latifa herself.
