Agreement signed to bring KODA houses to the Middle East

Kodasema, the architecture, design and engineering firm and manufacturer of the award-winning KODA mobile modular housing solutions, has announced a partnership with Dubai-based Presidio.

Through this agreement, KODA homes will be brought to the Middle East, with a focus on the territories of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

KODA homes are completely factory built and shipped whole to their destination, furnished if desired. This makes the production and installation of entire neighborhoods or two-story properties at the client’s site more flexible, sustainable, cost-effective and faster than traditional construction. Kodasema’s portfolio includes a total of 9 different house designs, all of which can be stacked on top of each other, combined and installed on pontoons offshore to float in the water.

Over the next two years, Kodasema expects rapid growth in sales and orders, and further increased licenses into new countries and markets.

Kodasema has resellers or licensing partners in more than ten countries. The main export markets are Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordic countries, Ireland and the United States.

Besides the hotel industry, Kodasemas’ main customers are real estate developers, local governments and private individuals who require high-quality, well-designed, energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly living spaces and accommodation solutions.
