DMCC, Dubai’s flagship free zone, has contracted global architecture, design and engineering firm Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) to deliver the second phase of its flagship Uptown Dubai district, which will feature two 28- and 21-storey commercial towers .
In its statement, DMCC said this follows the completion of Uptown Tower, an 81-storey mixed-use tower featuring office space, branded residences, an ultra-luxury hotel, and retail and dining offerings.
All office units in the tower are fully pre-leased by the third quarter of 2022, reflecting the development’s strong appeal for international investment, it said.
The 22-storey office units within Uptown Tower are expected to be delivered next month, it added.
BSBG is responsible for principal consultancy, design and execution of architecture, interior design and structural engineering for the project, which will deliver the next two commercial towers in Residential Dubai.
Totaling 5.8 million square feet, Residential Dubai will redefine premium mixed-use communities. When completed, the mid-rise towers will have a total of about 67,500 square meters of commercial space and 5,000 square meters of retail and dining space, it added.
