“Where’s Tom Cruise?” That’s the question on David Letterman’s mind when he visits JImmy Kimmel Live.
“There’s something a little sensitive here: Tom Cruise,” said Letterman, the TV host and comedian. “Where’s Tom Cruise?”

“Exactly. It’s very non-specific,” Kimmel said. “But we don’t know what happened.”
Letterman went on to say that Cruise “should” “celebrate his big jetpack maverick show” at the Oscars.
“Yeah. It seemed like he was supposed to be there, but he wasn’t. Maybe he thought he wasn’t going to win, so he didn’t want to come.”
“But between you and me, he should be there, right?” Letterman then asked Kimmel.
“Yes, of course,” Kimmel replied. “He’s the prince of Hollywood.”
“It’s more about the strength of your success,” Letterman added. “This show still wouldn’t be more successful than it is without Mr. Big Shot. Well done Jimmy.”
