Dubai unveils master plan for futuristic Palm Jebel Ali project


His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, today (May 31) approved a new master plan for the future development of Palm Jebel Ali.

The Palm Jebel Ali is one of a series of visionary projects underway by leading UAE developer Nakheel as part of Dubai’s 2040 urban master plan.

The Palm Jebel Ali will raise the global benchmark for beachside living and offer residents, families and tourists a wide range of luxury living facilities, supporting the goals of D33 of Dubai’s Economic Agenda and strengthening Dubai’s position as one of the world’s top cities for business and tourism, to report Wow.

The project also marks the start of a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali region, underscoring the emirate’s expansion, it said.

Announcing the master plan, Sheikh Mohamed said: “We have big ambitions for the future and are confident that we will turn our grand development vision into reality. The Palm Jebel Ali will further strengthen our urban infrastructure and strengthen the The city’s status as one of the hottest cities in the world. A leading metropolis.”

“This new groundbreaking project reflects our strategic development plan centered on improving the quality of life and well-being of our residents,” he noted.

According to him, Dubai has entered a new phase of development driven by innovation and creativity.

“Dubai’s competitiveness and reputation as a thriving global business and tourism hub will continue to grow further by capitalizing on the opportunities presented by the changing global environment. We remain committed to shaping a brighter future for our people and the world,” he said add.

“The urban sprawl represented by The Palm Jebel Ali is a testament to Dubai’s economic dynamism. It also signals Dubai’s extraordinary prospects as a hub for talent and investment. The project will contribute to Dubai’s sustainable Contribute to continued development,” he said.

At 13.4 square kilometers, twice the size of the Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali will feature expansive green spaces and a unique beachfront experience.
