ABU DHABI, 3rd January, 2023 (WAM) — ADNEC Group and the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research, ECSSR, have signed a collaboration agreement to strengthen cooperation and support the conferences and events sector specializing in defense and security.
The agreement was signed at ECSSR Headquarters in the presence of ECSSR Director General Dr. Sultan Mohammed Al Nuaimi, ADNEC Group Managing Director and Group CEO Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri and senior officials from both parties.
Under the terms of the agreement, both parties will strive to exchange knowledge and expertise and benefit from ADNEC Group’s track record in staging world-class events. Both parties will also leverage all capabilities and resources to provide an ideal platform for knowledge transfer and localization in the field of defense and security.
Al Nuaimi said: “We are delighted to be partnering with ADNEC Group, which has a proven track record in organizing and hosting some of the largest events in the region and the world, helping to establish Abu Dhabi as a global tourism destination. For his part, Al Dhaheri commented: “We are delighted to sign this strategic partnership with ECSSR and look forward to strengthening the framework of cooperation to support meetings in the field of defense and security. This partnership is in line with ADNEC Group’s support for knowledge transfer and exchange of experience strategic direction to promote the development of the UAE’s national capabilities in key areas.”
ECSSR focuses on research and research, providing in-depth analytical studies as part of its research activities. As part of its mandate, ECSSR collects information and data for researchers and policymakers, and uses a systematic approach to study contemporary issues and their impact on the UAE, the Arabian Gulf region and the Middle East. The Center also studies international economic issues of interest to the UAE and the Arabian Gulf region.
