ABU DHABI, 23rd June, 2023 (WAM) — From 26th June, 2023, entry into the UAE by land from the Al Ghuwaifat port station will Foreign vehicles must be insured with Security (ICP), and a new e-service has been launched to facilitate this process.

Foreign vehicles coming to the country can now buy insurance online before arriving at the Al Ghuwaifat port station. This service enables passengers or transit passengers to transit more easily and quickly using various electronic channels, aiming to increase their satisfaction by reducing paperwork.

Passengers are required to provide proof of insurance upon arrival at the port.
