Emirates News Agency – Mansour bin Zayed chairs Ministerial Development Committee meeting to discuss initiatives, policies to support government work ecosystem

ABU DHABI, 4th July, 2023 (WAM) — The Ministerial Development Committee, chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Courts, Held in Qasr Al Watan, Abu Dhabi, several initiatives and policies to support the government work ecosystem were presented.

The council agenda discussed a number of government systems and policies related to an optional alternative system for termination of service benefits, a labor complaints system, and mechanisms to facilitate the electricity market in the UAE.

During the meeting, the council reviewed the federal government’s human resources law policy, including the reward and incentive system, work models, and the internal regulations of the higher technical colleges.

In addition to discussing the UAE Federal National Council’s proposals on ‘Children and Education Policy’ and organizing voluntary work, the council also discussed proposed procedures for nursing exchange programmes, improving tax compliance.
