ABU DHABI, 11th June, 2023 (WAM) — Turkish media today highlighted President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s working visit to the Republic of Turkey, which reflects the the depth of the bilateral relationship.
The Turkish daily took to Twitter after President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed’s tweet after meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul.
President Sheikh Mohammed wrote: “It was my pleasure to meet President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during his visit to Turkey today.”
“We discussed ways to further strengthen our economic cooperation and strategic partnership, and ways to promote regional stability for a prosperous future for all,” he added.
Cumhuriyet, Turkey’s oldest premium daily, reported that the meeting between the leaders of the two countries took place within the framework of the strengthening of strategic relations and the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
Liberty published a photo of the UAE President and Erdogan inspecting TOGG, Turkey’s national electric vehicle, in Istanbul. The UAE president sits in the car with Erdogan.
Other Turkish media platforms highlighted the arrival of President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed and his talks with the Turkish President.
