The menu features a range of burgers, shakes and sides, but the DM Burger was once described as the “perfect burger” New York Timesis the signature dish here, with a medium-rare patty topped with Vermont cheddar, lettuce, and a secret sauce on a brioche bun.
From a small family-run Thai restaurant in Dubai’s JVC to occupying a prime location within Yas Mall, Sticky Rice’s story is heartbreaking. On the menu, you’ll find refined Southeast Asian classics such as pad thai, pad thai and tom yum soup, as well as some rarer dishes. We love the umami-packed local clams sautéed with fresh garlic. And, for a limited time, diners also have the chance to battle the paws to win Kew, Glutinous Rice’s lovable duck mascot.
Located next to the entrance to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Al Fanar Restaurant originally aimed to bring traditional Emirati flavors to a wider audience, emulating the UAE of yesteryear with its stone walls, souk vibe and wind towers in nostalgic decor. The extensive menu includes a variety of traditional Emirati breakfasts served on long trays, as well as main courses such as grilled or fried meat and fish, rice and kebabs.
UK-based Boo Burger is the latest entrant to the UAE’s burger scene, with its first international outlet now open at Yas Mall. Promising fast, fresh food, Boo’s classic American burgers are made on site using the best British and Irish produce.
Originally from Dubai and now with branches in the capital and Doha, this popular Parisian-style bistro and bakery serves up French favorites, from onion soup and cordon bleu to snails and French sandwiches. Table Otto, a Kuwaiti import, is an innovative fusion concept of French and Italian cuisine. Art Deco marble floors, brass plating and a stunning brick pizza oven in the shape of an egg timer give the restaurant a retro bistro vibe. If you’re having breakfast, opt for the pastrami lady sandwiched between brioche rolls, served with fried eggs, Gruyère cheese, and mayonnaise. For lunch, it must be Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza.
Montauk Boutique Cafe & Restaurant
The first Montauk coffee shop opened in Al Bateen in March 2021 and has been offering a “Hamptons-style” experience to the capital’s coffee connoisseurs ever since. The new store at Yas Mall continues the same energy, with a menu made for the Instagram era, including gourmet breakfasts, lavish entrees and an interior fit for a fashion magazine shoot.

The new food-focused Huna Food Hall at Yas Mall is part of an eclectic mix of restaurants, including the new BB Social Dining pop-up counter restaurant. Originally located in Dubai’s DIFC neighborhood, this renowned Asian restaurant serves buns, Asian and Middle Eastern bowls, grills and snacks. Pull up a chair and choose a new daily set menu featuring BB favorites including truffle gems, cauliflower popcorn, fried chicken lollipops, ramen noodles and more.
This much-loved authentic Vietnamese restaurant now has two branches in the UAE, one in Dubai’s JLT neighborhood and the other in Huna Food Hall, and is equally delightful as a late breakfast option or a cozy dinner satisfy. Either way, you’ll find soulful and richly textured food offering an unapologetic blend of traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern twists. Summer rolls are a must.
The BB Dining boys are also bringing their latest brand to Huna Food Hall. Philotimos is their authentic Greek restaurant – the original branch is located in Dubai’s Dar Wasl Mall. Inside Huna, Philotimos offers a simpler menu, divided between tapas and grills. Highlights include Greek salad, freshly grilled prawns with taghana pasta and melted feta, and a delicious Greek sundae with vanilla soft serve ice cream, pistachio and baklava.
Taco Ville, which bills itself as “Saudi Arabia’s first Mexican fast food restaurant,” is bringing its brand to the UAE for the first time. Its menu features shrimp, chicken, and beef tacos, chicken and steak tacos, burritos, and a variety of sides, including nachos, french fries, and chicken fries.

Similar to other % Arabica stores around the world, the Yas Mall store features the store’s signature clean, white aesthetic, with glowing white neon signage, counter seating and sleek espresso machines. Founder Kenneth Shoji began his coffee career in Kyoto ten years ago after purchasing a coffee farm in Hawaii, sharing quality-focused espresso drinks and Chemex drip coffee.
For a pot of English breakfast tea and a slice of lemon drizzle cake, look no further than the M&S cafe. Located opposite the Pottery Barn, almost at the entrance, the restaurant is a clean, bright and airy space at 1,500 sq ft, making it one of the largest M&S restaurants in the UAE.
