HKSTP Chief Reveals UAE and Middle East Expansion Plans

Albert Wong, CEO of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), shared plans to expand operations and attract UAE and Middle East businesses to explore opportunities in Hong Kong.

HKSTP will host a green tech session during the Summit, focusing on new energy, sustainability, and carbon-zero initiatives. Wong emphasized building a global tech ecosystem and exporting solutions, particularly in healthcare technology, AI, robotics, semiconductors, fintech, and more.

With nearly 800 startups incubated, HKSTP aids in product development and investments. Wong encouraged collaboration for a better world, welcoming Middle Eastern tech engagement and envisioning enhanced ties between Hong Kong and the Middle East.
