The British singer said she followed an intense workout routine, including weight lifting and circuit training. However, during the Covid quarantine period, she managed to exercise three times a day, which was the main reason behind her huge transformation in just two years. She said, “So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike, or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night.” She also said that she used to work with coaches like Greg Miele in LA.

She also had two slipped discs and a C-section, and she wanted to focus on getting stronger mentally and physically. “She got really turned on to movement, and especially strength training. The British singer also told Vogue that she did not restrict herself in terms of eating and following a diet, quoting, “If anything, I eat more than I used to because I work out so hard!”
