Imdaad wins FM service contract for Al Nasr Club facility

Imdaad, a Dubai-based sustainable facilities management (FM) services group, has secured a three-year contract from Al Nasr Club Investment Company to provide various solutions and services to its sports clubs and surrounding facilities.

Under the terms of the contract, Imdaad will deploy a full range of hard services, soft services and security solutions to help ensure efficient operations within Al Nasr Sports Club’s 169,869 square meter facility.

Imdaad said the focus will be on providing integrated FM services to the club’s three stadiums and public facilities, as well as its investment in residential buildings – Al Nasr Plaza; Al Nasr Palace; Nasr 01; Nasr 02; Al Nasr – Central; Al Nasr – Square and Al Nasr Tagrouda.

These real estate projects in Al Nasr Club are managed by Harbor Real Estate.

For the project, Imdaad will deploy a team of 50 soft service supervisors and operators, and 32 hard service personnel from its FM, electrical, MEP, HVAC, A/C and chiller, plumbing and civil divisions .

The scope of work for the project includes seven buildings with a total of 94 shops, 810 apartments, 100 commercial units, as well as the stadium and facilities within the Al Nasr Football Club.

Among other things, Imdaad will provide various solutions throughout the term of the contract, including electrical and plumbing maintenance, air conditioning and chiller services, HVAC management and cleaning services, it added.

The agreement was finalized at a recent signing ceremony at the Al Nasr Sports Club in the presence of Imdaad Chief Operating Officer Mahmood Rasheed and Al Nasr Club Investment Company Chairman Mansoor Rahma Alfalasi.

Regarding the deal, Al Nasr Club Investment Company Chairman Mansoor Rahma Al Falasi said its partnership with Imdaad reflects the group’s commitment to maintaining the sustainability of the club’s assets and its facilities.

“We are delighted with this partnership, which will provide us with advanced capabilities and exceptional service of high standards and exceptional quality,” he noted.

Chief Operating Officer Mahmood Rasheed said: “As part of its growth strategy, Imdaad has been focused on expanding its presence in the UAE. The new contract agreement with Al Nasr Club Investment Company will provide integrated FM for Al Nasr Football Club and its surrounding facilities service, which marks an important step forward in our ongoing expansion journey.”

Harbor Real Estate CEO Mohanad Alwadiya pointed out that the cooperation between Al Nasr Club and Imdaad is a great achievement because the club has great value and Imdaad has a wealth of experience.
