Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed inaugurates Iskan Abu Dhabi

Sharjah 24 – WAM: Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Inauguration of Iskan Abu Dhabi, a new housing ‘one-stop shop’ offering citizens all housing services from one location at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC).
During the inauguration, Sheikh Khalid toured the center and reviewed the housing services available, including housing assistance, housing loans, loan waivers, exchange services and plot purchases.

In addition, he reviewed services provided by strategic partners, including the Ministry of Municipalities and Transport, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Teyaseer and Abu Dhabi Government Academy.

The launch of Iskan Abu Dhabi follows the recently updated Housing Benefit Policy which supports low-income citizens by increasing housing loans, free grants on ready homes and waiver of monthly installments irrespective of housing date for loan approval and waiver for senior citizens Pay off your home loan.

Sheikh Khalid was accompanied by Mohammad Ali Al Shorafa; Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary General of Abu Dhabi Executive Council; and Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.
