Justina Omokhua has been named senior vice president of day-to-day operations at Parkwood Entertainment, Beyoncé’s powerful film and production company, record label and management company.
Announcing the news today, founder and chair Beyoncé hailed Omokua’s “extensive marketing knowledge and experience” during a renaissance touring sale. She continued: “I am delighted to officially welcome her to the team and excited to have her expertise as we continue to grow.”
Omokhua joined the company just over six months ago, diving headlong into the worldwide release of the Grammy-winning RENAISSANCE album. She leads a successful team at Parkwood, including creative, editorial, public relations and technical departments.
“Parkwood is a model of excellence and serving in this role is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” Omokhua said. “We will continue to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.”
Omokhua’s brand-building and culture-shaping experience will help guide Packwood as the company expands and opens a new chapter for the history-making Grammy winner.
Prior to moving to Parkwood, Omokhua held impressive leadership and marketing roles at various companies, including Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing at Endeavor, working with WME and IMG, and Global Head of Content and Lifestyle Strategy at Apple , responsible for all marketing efforts to acquire and retain users and build the brand across Apple’s business suite of services, including Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Books, Apple Podcasts, and Apple News.
