The Milwaukee Bucks are looking for a fun, talented and dynamic performer to join the Bucks Entertainment Network for the 2023-24 season.
Throughout July, there will be auditions for the 414 Crew, Bucks Rim Rockers, Bucks Grand Dancers and Young Bucks. Auditions for Rim Rockers and Grand Dancers will be single-day live auditions, while auditions for 414 Crew and Young Bucks will be multi-round auditions conducted virtually and in person.
414 Crew and Young Bucks auditions require advance registration, which can be done through the links listed below for each team. The full audition schedule for the Bucks Entertainment Network Auditions is below. Auditions for other entertainment teams will be announced at a later date.

This co-ed entertainment team of high-level performers over the age of 18 can showcase their dancing and tumbling talents on the Bucks field. 414 Crew also acts as a brand ambassador at events and community appearances.

- Round 2: Live Callback (by invitation only) – Wednesday, July 19
- Round 3: Interviews (by invitation only) – week of July 24
The Bucks are the best youth dance team in the NBA. Ranging in age from 7 to 13, these kids are true Bucks ambassadors who know how to bring energy, big smiles and a huge passion for dancing every time they take to the court. Their skills vary from dancing and wrestling to tumbling and tricks.

This team of 18+ daredevils performs in innovative style and high-altitude trampoline dunks at Bucks games, in the community and around the world. Rim Rockers’ high-energy performances leave audiences wowed and thrilled every time. With flips, 360-degree spins, crazy pass combinations, and super-long hover times, Rim Rockers has audiences fidgeting with every performance.

The Bucks Grand Dancers are a famous band who are never too old to play and love to bring out their best. They are known around the world for their viral dance moves, their love of all things dance, and their age (55+). If you like to dance, have fun and entertain crowds, this group is for you!
