Pakistan mosque blast: 7 killed, 25 injured

A deadly explosion occurred near a mosque in Pakistan on Friday, claiming the lives of at least seven individuals. The incident took place in Mastung, Balochistan, as local residents were assembling at the mosque to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammed (Peace be upon him).

Over 25 people sustained injuries, and authorities are in the process of transporting them to medical facilities.

A government official described the explosion as “massive” and noted that a procession was scheduled to take place later.
