Paul Walker’s brother Cody Walker is honoring the late actor nearly a decade after his death.
Cody and his wife Felicia welcomed another baby boy, who they named after him. fast and Furious actor.
On November 30, 2013, Paul died in a shocking car accident when the car he was traveling in crashed at over 100 mph and burst into flames. Paul, 40, and his friend and financial advisor Roger Rodas were found dead in Los Angeles.
The day after their baby was born on April 30, they took his name: Paul Barrett ‘Bear’ Walker, Cody told him people magazine.
The couple reportedly didn’t know the baby’s gender until after it was born, like their two other children.
“This November will be the 10th anniversary of the loss of our brother Paul, and I think now is the right time,” Cody told the outlet.
Cody also shares daughter Remi Rogue Walker, 5, and son Colt Knox Walker, 2, with his wife.
His older brother Caleb, 45, also paid tribute to their late brother when he welcomed their eldest son, Maverick Paul Walker, now 5, and his wife, Stephanie, with their 16-month-old daughter, Everly Grace Walker.
“My brother Caleb and I don’t have children anymore. My brother Paul is Paul William Walker IV, a name that goes back four generations,” he continued. “He was known as ‘Little Paul’ or ‘Paul 4’ at home, even though he quickly surpassed our father in height. It was important to me to keep that name alive.”
