Q Holding partners with Trojan to build 1,742 villas in Abu Dhabi for UAE

Abu Dhabi: Q Holding Group has signed two agreements with Trojan General Contracting to design and build 1,742 villas for the UAE in Abu Dhabi’s Al Samha and West Baniyas areas.

The two agreements follow a partnership between Q Holding and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to develop the two areas in line with Abu Dhabi’s Vision 2030 to build a sustainable city and provide the country’s citizens with advanced housing environment.

“Our agreement with Trojan to develop these two new projects follows a thorough study of the company’s record of building to the highest standards,” said Majed Odeh, group chief executive of Q Holding. “Both agreements Reaffirms our commitment to delivering added value to Abu Dhabi’s economy and society at large.”

Commenting on this partnership, Eng. Mohammed Mahmoud, CEO of Trojan, said: “Being selected by Q Holding to implement these two large-scale projects, we have a great responsibility to meet the high standards adopted and emphasized by Q. These standards of sustainable housing environments and services are in line with our wise leadership’s vision for the future of Abu Dhabi”

The scope of work for both conventions includes design, construction and infrastructure development for the final delivery of the projects.

The Sibanias project is planned to be implemented over the next four years. The project will cover an area of ​​about 6 million square meters, build 1,500 villas, and support various necessary infrastructure projects such as roads, social, educational and service facilities, parks and green spaces.

The new Al Samha project will be implemented over 38 months and will cover an area of ​​over 500,000 square meters. It involves the construction of 242 villas, along with several necessary infrastructure works accompanying the project, aimed at providing environmental sustainability and comfort to the residents.
