Suresh Raina joins defending champion Deccan Gladiators at T10 in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: One of the most high-profile players in Indian cricket, Suresh Raina has joined the T10 ranks and will represent the Deccan Gladiators in Season 6 of the Abu Dhabi T10 (ADT10). Reina, who announced his retirement from the Indian Premier League (IPL) and domestic cricket league on September 6, will play his first season in ADT10.

Reyna will join the Deccan Gladiators, alongside Andre Russell, Tuskin Ahmed, Josh Little and David Weiss.

A four-time winner of the coveted IPL trophy, Raina scored 5,528 runs in the league and played for the Chennai Super Kings and captained the Gujarat Lions in 2016-2017, also scoring for them Lots of points. Raina, known as Mr. IPL, has the most points as a batsman for a CSK team in tournament history.

The former Indian cricketer, who was also a key part of the team that won the 2011 ODI World Cup in India, scored 5,615 runs in 226 50-over matches and 1,605 runs in T20I matches while wearing the national team uniform.

The sixth season of Abu Dhabi T10 will be held from 23 November to 4 December 2022. The Gladiators played their first game against Abu Dhabi on the opening day and played their second game of the day on the opening day.
