Berlin Wall Art Auction

Now is your chance to own a piece of history of your own. Alexander Solotzew and several other artists spent time painting the actual concrete remains of the Berlin Wall, 15 of which are up for auction. Solotzew’s piece is titled “Pontius Pilate: The Face of Dictatorship” and is presented in his signature swirling colour pattern.

Opera House HD: On a Hot Night

It’s a feast for the senses, suitable for all ages. The Summer Circus Wonder brings a roster full of acrobats, balance artists and contortionists to this one-hour show, which runs through August 13. Clown Academy graduate Chris Allison takes on the difficult task of entertaining the audience and stitching the performance together between acts.

Jamaican textile artist Katrina Coombs doesn’t just want you appreciate her work. She wants you to consider the place of women in contemporary societies around the world. Combs uses her incredible weaving skills to tackle topics such as identity, maternal image, lineage and safety. The exhibition will be on display until October 2nd.
