While he’s clearly enjoying his time out, he’ll miss his beloved pet dog Axel, who he adores at his home in Syracuse, N.Y. lakeside property.
David has spent years restoring the waterfront home, and it is beautiful. The television host paid as much as $7 million for the home in Skaneateles Lake, New York, according to records filed with the Onondaga County Clerk’s Office in 2019.
Built in 1890, the 4,300-square-foot property has six bedrooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms, and a stunning fireplace, offering plenty of room for David and Axel.
