Q1. Describe your background and the company’s history in detail.

I started my entrepreneurship journey in 2017 in Waste Management and later switched to IT Industry working in Sales and Marketing. The beauty of technology has attracted me towards this Industry. I have more than 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Branding, Business expansion and Sales.

While working with a lot of start-ups I found the gap between the need of start-up founders to market their brand and budget they have for marketing. This made me start Devobyte which not only provide tailored marketing services to it’s clients but also understands the budget constraints the early start-ups have and the need to increase their revenue and sales.

At DevoByte, we believe that the best results are achieved in an environment where taking risks is rewarded, where we learn from our failures, seize every opportunity, and where we collaborate to innovate.

Q2. What do you want to achieve in the workplace and what does your company expect from its employees? 

I want that my team completely connect with each of our client because I believe without connection, we only work as robots. The true creativity comes only when we put our heart at work.

We expect sincerity, honesty and creativity from our employees. For me equality is very important, and we respect each of our employees and treat them as our family. If my employees grow, the company will obviously grow. 

Q3. What is your greatest company and team asset?

Our employees and customers are the greatest asset for me and my team. I believe in real growth for my employees and clients even if letting them go to some other organizations.

Q4. What steps have you taken to get where you are in your career? 

I have taken a lot of risk in life and still taking many. The life of an entrepreneur is not easy. Its full of ups and downs. You break expectations, you are always alone in your struggle time. Yes, there are some close friends and family members who are always their to support you but understanding what goes inside your heart is very difficult to understand.

An entrepreneur works day and night for his dream which may or may not get fulfilled. The hard work done will show results in later future with uncertainty. This makes his life full of challenges and adventures. Those who are ready to take the roller coaster ride without the expectations should surely taste the life of an entrepreneur at least once in their life time. It’s worth taking every risk!

Q5. What is your motivation for starting this company? 

My motivation is to grow my clients to a level they always have imagined of. I have always put my clients above all my priorities and may be that’s the reason why even if I fail to deliver the desired results they have never dropped faith in me. 

Q6. What are some of the obstacles you’ve faced in achieving your goals? 

I have started from zero a lot of time. It takes a lot of time, energy and zeal to start again and again. And I am ready to do it whatever it takes to achieve the dream I have for my organization.

There have been a lot of mistakes also during my decisions taken in the initial journey of entrepreneurship, but I always try to learn from my mistakes and try to be optimistic about the coming future. 

Q7. How best would you describe yourself in just one word?

Q8. What gives you a sense of purpose and direction on Mondays? 

I really enjoy everyday of my entrepreneurship journey. The uncertainty of what life will bring me in the coming week makes me motivated and keep moving forward.

Q9. What was the most innovative or creative project that you worked on? 

I have worked for Political Organization for campaigning for elections. The actual reality of elections is completely different from what we see in TVs and read in Books. The project was very challenging as we need to be very adaptive and change our strategies on a regular basis so that we come to a desired result.

Q10. What key values helped you overcome obstacles in your career? Tell us a story about the most memorable incident in which you demonstrated leadership.

I think I have always been honest with my dreams and put my full efforts to full fill it.

There have been many instances where I have to start from zero, but I did and later on created a full-fledged team to work. Its very important for a leader to be patient and optimistic in every situation. With time you will find solutions to all your problems, its just you need to keep your ears and eyes open. 

Q11. What makes your company’s services/solutions or products unique? What is coming soon in terms of new offerings and innovations? 

We always understand the customer requirement and needs rather then pitching or selling our services. There are incidents where we have said NO to project just because we felt that the customer is not ready or do not require the service at the moment.

We will be soon launching with our automation tool which will make the Press Release a piece of cake for Businessmen, Founders, Influencers and other marketing agencies.
