OSACHE BEACH, Missouri, June 2, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Fred Ross, owner of St. Louis-based SkyView Partners and Tegethoff Development and Big Thunder Marine, today announced official approval for a new development plan Lake Harbor Oasis Family resort and entertainment area in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. On June 1, 2023, the Osage Beach City Council meeting approved. Construction will begin immediately, with an opening scheduled for summer 2024.

Lake Harbor Oasis A new $350 million family resort and entertainment district in Osage Beach, Missouri, to be developed along the Lakeport property acquired by Big Thunder Marine in 2021, on Highway 54 and Jeffreys Road adjacent to the Grand Glaize Bridge . Construction plan includes creation of a year-round entertainment destination offering 25 acres of rides and attractions, Marriott property and 26,000 square feet of convention center, indoor water park, restaurant, 200 public boat spaces and 1,000-space garage . The entertainment program will include roller coasters, thrill and family rides, and a 200-foot observation wheel.
