Nahyan bin Mubarak: UAE youth crucial for shaping future

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Chairman of Sandooq Al Watan, honored graduates from the Jusoor Programme’s second edition on Monday.

Thirteen exceptional Emiratis completed the 12-week training program, consisting of theoretical training at major German company branches in the UAE, followed by practical placements at international company factories in Germany.

The ceremony took place in Sheikh Nahyan’s Abu Dhabi office, where he welcomed the graduates, trainers, and program organizers, all arranged by Sandooq Al Watan.

Sheikh Nahyan highlighted that this program exemplifies Sandooq Al Watan’s efforts to empower citizens, enhancing their skills across various domains to prepare them for local and global job markets.

He reaffirmed that the fund’s initiatives align with President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s vision, focusing on Emirati youth as the architects of the nation’s future.

The program included cultural guidance workshops for living and working in Germany, along with practical training at German company branches in the UAE.

Participants spent two months working at these companies’ locations in Germany.

Notable German participants included Diehl Aerospace, Diehl Metering, the WILO Group, and Sarida (e.SIC GmbH), in collaboration with local partners Smart Navigation Systems, the Linde Group, and STOOF International GmbH.
