Things quickly escalated when the crew asked her to return to her economy seat, leading to a passenger physically attacking one of the flight attendants. TOI quoted the affected crew as saying,

Pilots make regular announcements to ensure the safety of other passengers on board. Safety on site in accordance with guidelines and our strict SOPs Agencies were advised to take immediate action upon arrival. The incident has been reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with standard operating procedure.”

A medical examination in Mumbai confirmed that Perugio was intoxicated during filming. flightaccording to the Mumbai Police, she had been booked for “conduct endangering the life of a person and other bailable offenses under the IPC and Aircraft Rules 1937”.
