UAE launches 8 new routes during Eid


Make your last minute travel plans accordingly…

We know we have six days off Eid al Adha 2023So if you’re looking for somewhere to spend an extra break, consider letting these new routes from Dubai and Abu Dhabi inspire your Eid break.

Abu Dhabi to Mykonos, Greece

when: From June 16th
While this is a returning summer route rather than a new one, it’s still worth mentioning. From this month, Etihad Airways will return to the glamorous Greek island of Mykonos twice a week. A hedonistic party scene with celebrity-studded beach clubs, dizzying entertainment and restaurants, it attracts those seeking history and culture and is one of Europe’s most popular summer destinations. The flight operates twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.


Abu Dhabi to Larnaca, Cyprus

when: From June 16th
Wizz Air Abu Dhabi will fly to Larnaca, Cyprus, offering three weekly flights to the coastal city of Cyprus throughout the summer. Larnaca is a 600-year-old coastal city in Cyprus known for its beautiful palm-lined beaches, pleasant weather, famous salt lakes and ancient gems. The island is divided into Turkish and Greek halves, which means you can experience two different cultures in one trip. If diving is your thing, be sure to check out the Zenobia wreck in Larnaca – it’s said to be one of the best dive sites in the world.


Abu Dhabi to Lisbon

when: From June 18
One of Western Europe’s oldest cities is undergoing a renaissance and has firmly established itself as a destination for food connoisseurs. Whether you spend your time shopping around local artisans, visiting historic sites, or wandering the quaint old town, enjoy it all while savoring the best of Lisbon. This summer, thanks to Etihad Airways, you’ll be able to enjoy direct flights to Lisbon. Just in time for the fun-filled summer holidays, three weekly flights will operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.


Abu Dhabi to Malaga

when: From June 18
On June 18, flights to the Spanish city of Malaga will resume in summer.Biweekly flights every Wednesday and Sunday provide the gateway to the Costa del Sol in Andalusia, an exciting world of passionate cuisine, pristine beaches, coastal adventures, Iberian soirees filled with outdoor activities Tierra del Fuegoand unlimited paella, all at the source.


Dubai to Olbia

when: from June 22
From June 22, 2023, you will be able to take flydubai to fly to this happy and beautiful island 3 times a week. Olbia, on the northeast coast, is world-renowned for the stunning Emerald Coast and is the home resort town of famous islands, including Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo. Whether you’re heading to the city or to the beach, this property offers you the best of both worlds.


Dubai to Corfu

when: June 24
The Greek island of Corfu is popular for its stunning scenery, rich multicultural heritage, crystal clear waters and cosmopolitan old town. It will be one of the latest destinations in flydubai’s impressive list of routes from Dubai to Greece when it launches in summer.


Dubai to Tivat

when: From June 24th
Four weekly flights from DXB bring you direct to the picturesque coastal town of Tivat in Montenegro. A long weekend away in Montenegro, one of the most underrated travel destinations in Europe. Its small size allows you to easily navigate between the main attractions, from boat trips across the bay to strolls through historic towns or Kotor and Perast, or spending the night at the elegant marinas of the Port of Montenegro.


Dubai to Bodrum


when: From June 24th
