NETHERLANDS – A familiar show has been added to the entertainment program at the 2023 Tulip Time Festival.
Music group FiddleFire joined this year’s event, marking the band’s 10th appearance at Tulip Time.
“Comprised of members and friends of the musical Penning family, they return to share their extraordinary talent, humor and charm with sold-out crowds,” Tulip Time said in a press release announcing the event. “The band played a variety of genres with their unique folk tunes, with a wide variety of instruments including violin, guitar, bass, mandolin, percussion and percussion!
“You’ll feel like part of the family at this fun night full of stomping fiddles and lighthearted stories.”

The show will replace the annual “Dazzle! Tulip Time Showcase” event “due to unforeseen circumstances,” according to Tulip Time. Dazzle! typically includes a variety of musical performances by students from four area high schools.
FiddleFire will perform at the Central Wesleyan Church in Holland on Tuesday, May 9th at 7pm, same date, time and venue as Dazzle! It was originally scheduled. Tickets to FiddleFire are $32.
