General admission tickets to the critically acclaimed Broadway musical Hamilton are on sale now. The revolutionary musical Hamilton will run for three weeks on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, marking its Middle East debut. The troupe will perform at the Etihad Arena from 17 January to 4 February 2024.
Hamilton made its Broadway debut in August 2015 to widespread critical and audience acclaim, and went on to perform in the West End, Australia and Germany for several seasons, and will soon embark on an international tour, with premieres in New Zealand and the Philippines, followed by Made its US debut in Abu Dhabi.
With a soundtrack that blends hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and Broadway, this production tells the story of America’s founding father, Alexander Hamilton, and created a revolutionary moment in theater—a musical that had a profound impact on culture, politics, and education .
With books, music and lyrics written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, directed by Thomas Kail, choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler, music supervised and orchestrated by Alex Lacamoire, Hamilton is based on the acclaimed biography of Ron Chernow, is The American Story America Tells Now.
